Booking Fee

At Beauty By Q, we want to ensure that all of our clients receive the best possible service. That's why we require a $25 booking fee for all appointments to secure your spot. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service. Please keep in mind that all booking fee's are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, the booking fee is transferable to another date and time. In the event that you cancel your appointment or no show, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Payments

We understand that you have a busy lifestyle, which is why we make it easy to pay for your services. Beauty By Q accepts cash, card, and tap payments to ensure that you have a convenient experience.

Children + Teens

When visiting our facility, please be advised that we have a strict policy regarding unaccompanied minors. For the safety of all parties involved, children and teenagers must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Additionally, we do not allow dropping off of clients who do not drive. Thank you for your understanding!

Runnning Late

  • We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable, and you may be running late for your appointment

  • However, our policy regarding lateness is that there is a strict 10 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time

  • If you think you may be running behind, please don't hesitate to let us know by contacting us via phone

  • We'll do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if we don't hear from you and it's past the grace period, your appointment may be subject to cancellation and your booking fee will be forfeited

  • If we are able to accommodate you, a $10 late fee will be added to your balance

Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled time through your confirmation email

  • If it's within 48 hours, please contact me via text or call

  • The booking fee IS transferable, and as long as it's within 14 days from the date of your first appointment, you can choose a new date that works best for you.

Need to Cancel & No Shows

I understand things happen

  • You are able to cancel through your confirmation email up to 48 hours of your appointment

  • Booking fee is forfieted

  • Cancellation made 24hrs or less before appointment start time will still be responsible for the balance 

  • In the event the balance is not paid the same day as the appointment, the card will be charged for balance

  • Once the 10 minute grace period expires from start of appointment time and no communication has been made, the appointment is considered a No Show.

  • Booking fee is forfeited and no future appointments can be booked until the balance is taken care of
